1.How to pay express charges if order samples?
For those customer who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account/ paypal/western. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.

2.Can you do design for us?
We have a professional design team to help our customers do design work.

3.How does your company do regarding quality control?
We have a professional QC team, we will control the goods quality during all the mass production, and we can do inspection service for you.

Chensheng Times is a garments production and trading company which is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, meanwhile we have our own factory located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.

2. Stock garments business: we buy and sale all kinds stock garments: down jacket, cotton jackets, hoodies and so on. Although it is stock, we can do rework with customer's logo/labels/packing request, and we have QC to inspect the goods to ensure the quality.
