200pcs per design;below 200pcs need 300usd set up charge
3.What is your delivery date?
The delivery date is about 15-20 days after sample confirmation.
4.What is your payment terms?
LC, or TT(30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment).
5.Can you send free samples?
Yes, free samples are available; you just need to pay the express fee. You can provide your a/c like UPS,DHL, or you can call your courier to pick up from our office.

Chensheng Times is a garments production and trading company which is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, meanwhile we have our own factory located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.
Our main business can be divided into two parts:
1. OEM&ODM business: our factory has more than 20 years experience on producing jackets, hoodies, sports wear, swimming wear and towels. We have ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:1996 certifications, and we also passed the BSCI, PRIMART,WCA,GSV,WRAP,Walmart certifications.
2. Stock garments business: we buy and sale all kinds stock garments: down jacket, cotton jackets, hoodies and so on. Although it is stock, we can do rework with customer's logo/labels/packing request, and we have QC to inspect the goods to ensure the quality.
